TTH77 Terms & Conditions

By accessing the TTH77 website, mobile application, or any TTH77 service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the TTH77 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses TTH77 services in any capacity.

TTH77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the TTH77 platform. Your continued use of TTH77 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the TTH77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To be eligible to register and use the TTH77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing TTH77 services.
• You are not accessing TTH77 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of TTH77, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from TTH77 or had a TTH77 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or undue influence.

TTH77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by TTH77 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of TTH77 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use false identities, fictitious names, or another person's personal information when registering on TTH77.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one TTH77 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. TTH77 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, TTH77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your TTH77 username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your TTH77 account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notifying TTH77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that your account details, including contact information and payment details, remain accurate and up to date.

TTH77 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from TTH77 that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

TTH77 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). TTH77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on TTH77:

• Minimum deposit: ₱10 per transaction, subject to the limits of your chosen payment method.
• Withdrawal processing: TTH77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Verification requirement: TTH77 may require identity and payment verification before processing withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your TTH77 account dashboard.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). TTH77 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

TTH77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or review of potential Terms violations. In such cases, TTH77 will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

TTH77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions applicable across all TTH77 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. TTH77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire upon the deadline.
• TTH77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the associated account(s) may be suspended.
• TTH77 reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

Players who participate in the TTH77 Exclusive VIP program are subject to additional terms specific to that program, which are provided separately upon enrollment. VIP benefits, including cashback rates and withdrawal priority, are determined by TTH77 at its sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time.

All games available on the TTH77 platform — including Rummy, Go Goal Bingo, Mega Fishing, Big Hammer, Golden Land, Prosperity Fortune Tree, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

TTH77 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. TTH77 does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the platform or any individual player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, TTH77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the player's position. However, TTH77 cannot guarantee the restoration of any game state following a technical failure. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided at TTH77's discretion.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting systems, employ artificial intelligence tools, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or the TTH77 platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the TTH77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one TTH77 account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the TTH77 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any TTH77 game.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other artificial means to interact with TTH77 games or services.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the TTH77 platform or its security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing TTH77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the TTH77 platform for financial gain.

TTH77 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to law enforcement agencies.

TTH77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to players seriously. TTH77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the TTH77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any TTH77 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on TTH77 content.
• Use TTH77 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner not expressly authorized by TTH77.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the TTH77 platform.

Any unauthorized use of TTH77 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the TTH77 platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, TTH77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the TTH77 platform or any TTH77 service.

Without limiting the foregoing, TTH77 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to TTH77 services caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond TTH77's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the TTH77 platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Actions taken by TTH77 in good faith in response to suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory requirements.

TTH77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your TTH77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

TTH77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, TTH77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, where such closure is the result of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or material misrepresentation by the player.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary closure or regulatory requirement — TTH77 will process any verified remaining balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request the closure of your TTH77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

TTH77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on TTH77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

TTH77 is committed to protecting the personal information of all Filipino players. We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure data storage, to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

TTH77 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or necessary for the operation of TTH77 services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with TTH77 through our internal complaints process. To submit a complaint, please contact our customer support team with full details of your concern. TTH77 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels. TTH77 operates within the framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements.
